The purpose of the continuous wort column (NBK) is the rapid and high-quality distillation of large volumes of wort into crude alcohol.

It is used only for the first distillation, the second distillation must be done with the classic distillation method, because with NBK it will not be possible to separate the "body" from the "heads" and "tails".

The first and foremost advantage over a conventional column apparatus is the considerable time saving, which is especially important when distilling large volumes of brackish.

Using NBK, it is possible to distill a volume tens of times larger than the volume of a cube in one pass and without unnecessary manipulation. The continuous bragging column can work for days without interruption.

It should be especially noted that, in addition to the continuity of work, the speed of distillation is 3-5 times higher compared to a conventional apparatus.

The second plus is the high quality of the raw alcohol obtained and the preservation of the organoleptic properties of the original product, because the yeast is not "boiled" in the tank as in classical distillation, and the alcohol is evaporated in the continuous brag column within 10-20 seconds.
