The refractometer is designed to measure the concentration of sugar in honey wort, expressed in degrees of Brix (% Brix).

To measure sugar concentration - thanks to this device, you can check the percentage of sugar on the Brix scale 0-90% Brix and make sure that the honey wort has the necessary quality indicators and the desired taste of the drink.
