Natural agglomerated conical cork Ø33/30mm
Height: 38 mm
Weight: 8 yrs
Usage:
All types of cork stoppers must be properly prepared for corking.
Simply immerse the corks in hot water for about 3 minutes or place them covered over boiling water.
This will make them more plastic, making it easier to cap the bottles.
Attention:
Remember not to "wet" the corks for too long as this can damage them.
After corking, the bottles should remain in an upright position for one day. This will allow the cork to fit into the inside wall of the bottle neck. After that, we place the bottles in a horizontal position, which in turn prevents the cork from drying out (the wine "washes the cork") and ensures proper gas exchange between the inside of the bottle and the surroundings.
After two or three days, check for fluid leakage. If we notice a leak, it will be necessary to replace the cap with a new one.
