Cheesecloth is perfect for producing home-made cheese. Thanks to the conical structure of the holes it does not stick to the cheese making its surface extremely smooth. The cloth makes it easy to remove the cheese from the press. It does not retain moisture which means there is no need to use a lot of pressure while making cheese. The cloth is made of PE2 (35) thanks to which it is very durable.
