Natural sausage pig intestines preserved with salt d28/30mm, length 15m
Without harmful additives and preservatives. 8-10 kg of meat is intended.
Casings can be used for all types of sausages and various processing methods: thin cooked sausages, smoked sausages, grilled sausages, dried and cured sausages.
On average, 1 kg of minced meat requires about 1.6 m of casing (depending on the size and type of sausage to be prepared, i.e. the thickness of the meat pieces, the consistency of the minced meat).
The length of the intestines should be measured after soaking in water. It is the only objective way of measuring.
Before use, the intestines should be soaked in water at a temperature of about 30°C for about 3 hours and then rinsed from the inside with warm water. After this treatment, the product is ready for filling.
For faster sausage stuffing, we recommend using sausage stuffing devices.
