Meat mesh applicator
Applicator for the preparation of hams, rolls and cheese - facilitates the filling of meat or cheese in meat preparation nets, thanks to which the minced meat will acquire the appropriate shape before its further processing - for example, frying or smoking.
The possibility of working in two planes - the applicator has two places for attaching clamps, so it can be used in a horizontal or vertical position.
Stable attachment of the applicator horizontally (for example on a table) or vertically (on a kitchen cabinet door) is provided by a functional base with a leg and mounting clamps suitable for most table surfaces.
Easy to clean - the applicator can be washed in the dishwasher or by hand using detergent and a soft sponge.
The applicator has a diameter of 11 cm and is suitable for different types of sieves with a diameter starting from 120 mm.

Method of use:
1. Attach the applicator to the work surface (horizontally) or to the kitchen cabinet door (vertically using mounting clamps). Clamps can be installed both at the front of the base and at the back of the base
2. Pull the mesh onto the applicator.
3. Tie or clamp the end of the net with meat net clamps using special pliers
4. Place the meat or cheese in the applicator and, holding the sieve with one hand, fill the minced meat towards the end of the sieve so that it fills tightly.
5. Fill the sieve with minced meat, tie it tightly with sausage string or press with a sausage clip and cut.
6. Your meats and cheeses are ready for further processing - smoking, baking or steaming.
