Two-in-one - Home autoclave for 35 jars and distillation pot 60L

Universal autoclave that works with both steam and water. With its help, cooking is faster, more useful substances are preserved and you will get a finished product with an extended shelf life. The device has a high degree of protection.

The autoclave is made of AISI 304 grade stainless steel using a technology that makes welding defects, rough or brittle seams impossible.

The jars are placed on a stand that acts as a false bottom. Then the jars are placed on top of each other. In total, 35 (500ml) jars or 20 (1000ml) jars can be placed in the autoclave.

Heating is from the cooking surface (gas) or the heating element - there is also a 2-inch clamp entry for the heating element.

The lid is hermetically sealed with screws with a heat-resistant handle. It has a tip with a 2 inch diameter clamp. This allows the autoclave to be used as a distillation pot. It remains only to install a distillation column of the appropriate diameter.

There is also a security block on the lid. It includes:

- thermometer connection

- pressure gauge - for measuring the pressure in a larger cube

- safety valve 3 atm - discards excess steam

- non-return valve - sucks in air, thereby regulating the pressure inside, which prevents deformation of the autoclave during cooling

Home canning equipment is made of safe materials, taking into account all safety standards, so cooking in an autoclave is quick and safe.
