The traditional still is made entirely of the finest copper. Since this metal not only conducts heat better, which helps both the fermentation process and distillation, but also improves the final result of the distillate in terms of taste.

Cleaning and maintenance

With regular use of copper equipment, it oxidizes and can change color to dark red over time. You should use special cleaning products. Do not use abrasives under any circumstances. You can also use a traditional cleaning method: moisten a cloth in a mixture of salt and lemon juice and rub the surface of the device.
