Usage:

1) Place the airlock in a tightly closed fermentation vessel or bottle and fill it with water to the appropriate level

2) Fill the filter with dry activated carbon up to the MAX level, place the filter on the airlock and close the lid

Attention: depending on the granulation of the coal, a small amount of coal may enter the hydraulic seal. However, it does not affect fermentation.

Before filling the filter, check its permeability and, if necessary, rinse the filter and dry it before the next use.

The required amount of odor absorbers and the frequency of carbon replacement in the filter depends on the volume of the filling and the intensity of the gases released during fermentation.

For a better effect, you can stack filters (max. 2 pcs) on one tube or use them on separate tubes (usage recommendations in the table):
