Special combined product for stabilising wines after fermentation. Contains potassium metabisulphite, potassium sorbate and ascorbic acid in the ideal proportions. Compound product = simple to use (no separate quantities to weigh). Not only prevents in-bottle fermentation but also provides protection against oxidation and mould.
