Do you need a yeast for colder temperatures? Do you like strong red wines? For every type there is a special yeast available. The BIOFERM yeasts are the only ones that are available in vacuum pouches of 100 g, in addition to the standard 7 g packs. The vacuum pouch guarantees a maximum shelf life and viability.
Moderate alcohol tolerance: 12-14% Vol.
Ideal fermentation temperature: 15-20°C.
Dosage: 2-3g/10 litres.
